1. General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the baji555 platform. Browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service automatically means the user has fully read and accepted these Terms.

baji555 operates online sports betting, casino gaming, fishing games and other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These services are available only to individuals who are legally permitted to take part in such activities.

A user will not be considered eligible to use this platform in the following cases:

• If they are below the required age limit (21+)
• If such services are legally prohibited in their current location
• If they have previously been permanently banned from baji555
• If they are an employee of baji555 or an immediate family member of one

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If baji555 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated balance or bonuses may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji555 may request identity verification documents when processing withdrawals, in cases of large wins, or when any suspicious activity is detected. This may include a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

baji555 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. If the user fails to provide the required documents within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details secure. Passwords should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access is suspected, support must be notified immediately.

3. Age Limit and Responsible Participation

baji555 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe there is a clear line between playing for entertainment and developing a harmful dependency. Users may set deposit limits, session limits, and use the self-exclusion feature.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Approved deposit methods at baji555 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — the same for all methods.

When making a deposit, use a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing is completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification is pending or an additional security review is ongoing, it may take longer.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit
• Withdrawal processing may be limited while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress on the account
• baji555 reserves the right to hold withdrawals on unusual or suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

baji555 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of ৳5,000. This is not free cash — the bonus can be withdrawn only after meeting specific wagering requirements.

Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000; and you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account
• If a withdrawal is requested after claiming the bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned using the bonus will be cancelled
• Bonuses are usable only on games designated by baji555; some games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute only partially
• If bonus abuse is suspected, baji555 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited

5.3 VIP Cashback

baji555's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week.

For example: if a Gold member's total net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. Cashback is subject to the same wagering requirements as bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless baji555 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit facility. For bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets), the outcome will be determined based on the actual result of the event.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Situations

A bet may be considered void and the original stake returned in the following situations:

• If the event is completely cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If the event's venue or format changes significantly from what was originally scheduled

6.3 Suspicious Betting

If baji555 believes that any bet is connected to match-fixing, insider information or fraudulent methods, it reserves the right to withhold or cancel payment on that bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at baji555 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits
• Transferring or selling an account
• Money laundering or transactions connected to illegal funds
• Colluding with other members to exploit system vulnerabilities
• Misconduct or harassment towards baji555 staff
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By baji555

In the event of a breach of these Terms, baji555 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If such action is taken, the affected user will be notified by email.

8.2 By the User

A request to close one's own account may be made at any time. If all wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, it may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be retained, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.

11. Limitation of Liability

baji555 is not liable in the following situations:

• For losses caused by a software error on the part of a third-party game provider
• If an unauthorised third party accesses the account where the user themselves disclosed their credentials
• If service is disrupted due to reasons beyond baji555's control (natural disasters, cyber attacks)

In any situation, baji555's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.
